Al Balad — "the homeland" — was born from a simple idea: bring the bold, soulful street food of the Levant together with the deli classics that define New York City. On Bleecker Street, we serve both with equal pride.

From marinated lamb over fragrant rice to a perfectly griddled chopped cheese, everything is prepared in-house, daily, using fresh and finely sourced halal ingredients. No shortcuts — just real food, made the way it should be.
